Pants

I am running pant v2.12.0 and receive following error almost all the times I use `::` with any goal:

```(pants) [root@9a5752857756 pants-training]# ./pants peek ::
13:48:35.36 [ERROR] 1 Exception encountered:

 IndexError: string index out of range

(pants) [root@9a5752857756 pants-training]#```
Any insight into this would be really helpful?
