Yay! and I'm glad you're using 2.13. I think you want to set

use_deprecated_directory_cli_args_semantics

and

use_deprecated_pex_binary_run_semantics

to False though in GLOBAL; they become the default in 2.14

I would use 2.14 for

__defaults__

, but that's probably a bit too raw at this point. I want to minimize how much I introduce reviewers in each PR...
