I tried to adopt Pants for plugins implemented in Python for GNU TeXmacs: https://github.com/texmacs/plugins-in-python/pull/6 For example, using Pants and PEX, the installation of a SymPy plugin of GNU TeXmacs is much more easier! Thanks! Pants is an awesome tool!
