Hey Team, we randomly had this occur in CI and unsure what the issue is. This happens when running

./pants peek :: --peek-output-file=/dev/null

with cache. When we regenerate the cache this was fixed. Is there any reason this would happen or do we have a way to prevent this (obviously remote caching but we're not there yet)
