Wanted to throw this out there, in case anyone has anything they'd like to contribute...
I'm working on a buildfarm server project called Hemline that aims to treat Pants as a first-class integration. It is built in Rust with Python bindings for certain entrypoints (which will come in handy later when the UI is added for management). It still implements the REAPI and currently supports caching (disk or S3) and execution (in-memory or redis scheduler). I'm looking to see what could be done to provide the Pants <-> Hemline integrations in other buildfarm implementations that are missing. I've only used BuildGrid and that was minuscule at best. I'm not SUPER familiar with all of Pant's rust engine abilities, so I'm wondering if anyone can shed any light.
Thank you :)
