Edit on Nov 4th, 2022: • Need to align PyOx distribution with interpreter constraints • How will a custom PyOx config play nicely with the interpreter constraints • Does PyOx download the Python version, or does it need system ones for any reason? It should be downloading something, as PyOx uses custom Python dists pantsbuild/pants
