goal. I made https://github.com/yjabri/example-typescript. When running

pants test

nothing happens by default. However applying a slight patch, described below, and then running Pants from source seems to fix the issue. Pants version 2.28.0 (and likely all versions with TypeScript support) OS Linux (likely affects all platforms) Additional info I made the following changes to test a potential fix in `src/python/pants/backend/typescript/target_types.py`: https://github.com/yjabri/example-typescript/blob/main/pants-typescript-test-fix.patch.
