Reviving a bit of an old issue, but would like to see if anyone has any insights on https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/issues/19318. Its been quite a pain for me, as it seems to just randomly break one of my CI jobs permanently. (Only fix I've found is to disable the job, or that plugin from the job)
