I just read https://www.pantsbuild.org/blog/2021/11/18/pants-vs-bazel and I'm wondering if there are any changes to Bazel in the last two years that address any of the issues raised in the article. Similarly, is there an equivalent to bzlmod in pants, i.e. a way to integrate one Pants code repository into another?
