#21026 Generate lockfiles doesn't work with an empty requirements file Issue created by sureshjoshi I'm playing around with some cache invalidation strangeness - and to test it, I removed everything from my requirements.txt and then re-generated my python. It took a long time, and in the end, nothing happened. I needed to leave 1 requirement in there for a successful regeneration.
