Hi, I am just wondering about Pants uses cases in companies.
I know that Pants could work for a solo developer and small teams wishing to utilize a monorepo.
Just curious of what are the team sizes people work with usually.
And do you have someone who needs to be dedicated to be the pants "guru" in the team.

35 dev shop and growing. I think for simple use cases you can write a pretty simple intro that will suffice for most. You still probably need one subject matter expert as an escalation point.

We see Pants usage at large teams, but as you've intuited, it probably requires a "build engineer" who can be the go to person for Pants adoption and integration, even if just part time

Also larger teams are more likely to have custom build steps that require implementation work in Pants

We're about 50 devs. We have a wiki page which describes general usage. Most people don't need to do much with it.
Then we have a general interest group of people who are more involved with the configuration. We have one person who is the expert and they're also in this channel.
