FYI, it looks like this 2.19.2 stable release (and the 2.20.0rc3 and 2.21.0.dev5 releases) is completely broken on arm64 macOS: https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/issues/20765

We've now released 2.19.3rc0, 2.20.0rc4 and 2.21.0.dev6 that seem to work on arm64 macOS ✅ respectively revising/similar to 2.19.2, 2.20.0rc3 and 2.21.0.dev5 that were broken.

We already confirmed that the new versions are working!
