On a scale of 1-10, how hard is https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/issues/17613 ?

is currently the lengthiest part of my build and I can definitely justify some engineering time.

Adding an option to the

publish

goal, that allows tools to be run non-interactively as discussed on the ticket I think is doable. For me I'd say a couple of days to get it down (and then likely some more with testing/review/feedback cycles etc), so add to that what you think you'll need to get into the codebase.. I'll be able to assist by answering questions etc if needed.
