The following documentation describes what `pants tailor` does but not when a pants user would want to use it in the context of a particular workflow:

Is there any document that describes a pants user's workflow? For example, run `pants tailor` before doing this or that or gotchas such as the subcommand is not intended to be used for renaming or deleting `BUILD` files, etc?
