Please join me in welcoming @gorgeous-winter-99296 as the Pants project's newest Maintainer! Tom has contributed several useful PRs, such as support for mTLS in remote caching, emitting valid pants.toml snippets in option help output, and improvements to protobuf dep inference. He's currently got several more in the pipeline. He's also diligent about reporting bugs, filing issues, and is active in helping users here on Slack. Plus, he maintains several open-source Pants plugins outside the official project purview! Thanks for all your efforts so far Tom!
