Pants has backends for both <https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/tree/main/src/python/pants/backend/python/typecheck/pyright|pyright> and <https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/tree/main/src/python/pants/backend/python/typecheck/mypy|mypy>, but not for <https://github.com/google/pytype|pytype>. WDYT about adding it?

Adding a new backend for `pytype`.

*Describe alternatives you've considered*  
Its possible writing a custom plugin within the repository, but I guess others will find that useful as well.
