trying to use the adhoc_tool, not knowing its goals as the doc <https://www.pantsbuild.org/v2.17/docs/reference-adhoc_tool> is not defining them

also i m still confused with the hard link between target and goals, for example `adhoc_tool` could be doing any of the goals in my opinion, so it should almost be declared in a field to know to which goal to map to
