Is there anyone with Azure WebApp service who has run PEXes (or preferably `scie`s/custom executables)? I'm kinda being force into using that for a deliverable - and it seems to dictate a specific configuration which is contrary to my whole setup (pex inside of a standalone fat scie). Has someone tried it running a PEX_TOOLS=1 pex venv before? I'll be trying it out this weekend, just wondering if I can get a heads up of the pain I'm in for
