New post! https://blog.pantsbuild.org/two-hermetic-pythons/ In Pants 2.16, you'll be able to make builds more reliable, and save time doing so. A pair of exciting changes make Pants safer, faster, and more user-friendly.

"Two hermetic Pythons" sounds like a nature report from the Everglades

Sadly, I was unable to locate a stock photo of two boxes each with a python in them.

Whoa. Are Dall-E generated images CC or some other license that allows us to publish them?

Bing Image Creator, which uses OpenAPI/Dall-E I believe. If memory serves, Dall-E was valid for non-commercial, Section 6? https://www.bing.com/images/create/termsofservice I don't think we break anything from the content policy: https://www.bing.com/images/create/contentpolicy?FORM=GEN2CP More accurately, I'm quite certain I've never violated anything in this content policy in my life - so 🤷

What a way to launder copyright! Dall-E was trained on commercial images, so I don't know by what knowledge they claim that their results are not subject to copyright.

Josh liked the post's original image, so I think we'll stick with that.

Yeah, the sticky AI copyright situation - pretty fascinating legal arguments to follow.
Interestingly, I wonder if the copyright has changed. Back when I first tried using Dall-E (wanted it for blog images), I could have sworn it was for non-commercial
