I think you could post-process the result of bundle to stitch together a war, but that you could relatively straightforwardly create a more robust

How about a PEX file failing to find dependecies when run in docker but working fine on a host machine? Any one have a similar problem?

to the list of platforms the pex should be built to support on that target

Personally I recommend building a virtualenv inside of your docker container with all of your deps, then exporting its contents as wheels
