not much luck with `--bundle-dup-excludes="['reference.conf']”`, but removing that file clearly helps

0.0.53 works when there is a cache from building this target with 0.0.51

Sigh, build break is me - forgot to include the BUILD file fix in the pushed change. Will push a change TBR to fix.

So your 1 failing target must say source=

Wasn’t sure if should post an issue or there is something with my config

You can work around temporarily is so by moving the ownership of the 1 source to a scala_library

In general posting the issue is good, this one was pretty easy to find the break from the backtrace though

OK - fixing the 2 bugs has no effect on the existing tests, so I'll need to take more time later tonight, but should have a fix up

one thought though: i know we switched to using a monolithic jar for `classes_by_target` a while back, but since the entire classpath is now jars, i wonder whether we shouldn't switch back to having bundles contain a jar per target
