the `--changed` arguments are similar to `--target-spec-file`

hello.  pants is giving me a strange error at the end of a java compilation.  I’m not sure how to debug it.  I searched around and haven’t found anything:

either way: there is a class mentioned in your dependencies that is necessary for compilation, but isn't on the classpath

not that i know of.  would that be in pants.ini?

you might have excluded a necessary dep, or marked something intransitive

I see.  so my code is depending on something that depends on `javax/inject/Provider` but I don’t have the jar for that pulled in by ivy?

not sure if it's in your release, you could also add `--compile-zinc-suggest-missing-deps` it will suggest which missing deps to add

ok, I’ll track down this dependency and figure out why it’s not being pulled in.  thanks!

should add: best-effort as only useful if is `strict_deps` is turned on since it looks at transitive deps, if strict_deps is off, then there is no difference

hello, how can I define a 

java_tests include other n java_tests targets? (say I want them to be ran)

i tried to add other java_tests in dependencies , and it didnt work

alternatively define all of the targets in one file and run them all together with `::`
