if I laid down a `setup.py` file for integration use, would that make pants explode?

in this case I guess I would be taking on the work to harmonize e.g. setup.py &amp; 3rdparty/python/requirements.txt

any pointers to how to configure pant's use of pip

I want to set like --index-url, --trusted-host, etc

I’m not sure on how to get pants to configure pex

(equivalent to `[python-repos] indexes: ['<http://my/repo>']` in pants.ini)

can do a find-in-page on the options reference or build dictionary to find keywords

`./pants help-advanced python-repos python-setup` would probably be useful

`pants invalidate` doesn't seem to clear/reset my chroot (including, e.g., my .deps)

I've tried looking at <http://www.pantsbuild.org/options_reference.html> but can't see anything obvious
