project specify additional requirements for the build-support/pants_dev_deps.venv
virtualenv when executing?
For example, the vend
command is going to require the newest release of pip, once that happens. I would like to essentially have a 3rdparty/python/requirements.txt
in the contrib/vend
directory that has the line pip>=7.2
. However, when I test this by writing the line pip==7.1
in my requirements.txt, I always end up using pip 6.1.1, which is Pant’s default version of pip.enough-analyst-54434
