    i’m only using bundle to get the depmap, zip it, and add it to a larger zip file that includes other jars, configs, etc.

    directory with target jar and all transitive dependencies 2) conf directory with two config files, one static, the other modified with a version

    @rough-minister-58256 I tried resolving with your branch on pants 1.2.0 and 1.3.0.dev3. Getting the following exception

    hmm, I just tested pants_version: 1.0.0/1.2.0/latest and it seemed to be work for me

    @rough-minister-58256 Ahh didn’t see you update it. Just changed to the lower end and still have the issue though. Its seems to be installing 
    setuptools 21.2.1

    I tried running 
    —python-setup-resolver-cache-ttl=0
    which has helped in the past with versions conflicting with other packages but didn’t help

    hmm tried resolving a barebones project and it seems to be working for me. I’m wondering if its a plugin that I’m using that conflicting.
