Yes - It should be. Any issue will be a bug.

good suggestion thought I have been looking into this for a while. It seems some workspace specific issue (clone the job to another workspace, and not seeing this issue - at least after 10 runs

pants is pretty darn easy to get started with though! would recommend it.
