man, the jenkins spliced ui is really a deluge of data. I think this was one thing that travis really got right with realtime per shard logging/failure modes. wonder if there’s anything like that for jenkins

Ack on the fetch failures, we're saved by a workspace cache on Travis. That needs to be set up for Jenkins too for stability sake.

quick question: I have a setuptools based python project which consists of a script in scripts/foo.py and a library bar/. foo.py imports bar/

so I created a BUILD file with python_library for bar/ and python_binary (name = main) for scripts/foo.py but when I run

panty run.py :main

I get

No module named scripts.bar

looks like somehow python_library doesn't end up in the end in which the script runs

The easiest way to do this will be to (1) House your python under

src/python

and (2) Make sure that your

python_binary

depends on the

python_library

inside of

src/python/bar

and I can set that explicitly in pants.ini (python_source_paths) but same result
