    oh I lied on a more careful read if pants.ini doesn’t have pants_version declared it doesn’t specify a version

    I deployed the RC late this afternoon. The CI’s look happy - but we probably won't get much human feedback until the work week starts. I will probably release a Fsq.io update this weekend so we can see how the OSS consumption from PYPI goes.

    sorry was out of town for a week, thanks for pushing that patch in @ancient-stone-50795. any idea when the next release that it will be part of will be? for the powered by page, we’re not yet fully on pants, we’re still in evaluation mode need to make sure it can build everything we need (e.g. our play app). we see a lot of benefits to using pants so we’re actively working towards those requirements. once we get fully migrated over I’d be happy to add to that list.

    You can try the RC. It is 1.0.0-rc2. If you have been consuming the weekly releases, the RC is no less stable than those.

    I thought that my`--default-concurrency` patch made it into the 1.0.0, but it didn't. But that's OK, as I looked into fixing the implementation (by reading maven surefire code) I realized that I wanted to change the way it was optioned.

    why do I get output like this: https://gist.github.com/nitay/8704f542fc7b40be70656eb700baddf1. that is, it is running the tests (those dots seem right), but why does it always report 0 tests? I’m using scala 
    specs2
    tests with
