    @enough-analyst-54434 @ancient-stone-50795: So I have good news and bad news regarding nailguns… Good news: I backported the psutil changes to our release branch of pants to test the nailgun issues… and they work. In fact, this reduced our ‘clean, compile, build binaries’ step from ~8 minutes to ~2 minutes and there weren’t extra nailguns laying around. The bad news… 
    ./pants ng-killall
    doesn’t seem to work anymore. Granted, this is on a custom branch: https://github.com/pgroudas/pants/commits/2609ce0bda9966229c46550634eceb8515f04ee7, but I’m going to try to reproduce this from pants HEAD

    I agree, it works for me on 0.0.39, just not on 0.0.39 + the recent psutil changes
