ok getting somewhere again, now is there a way to see what version of scalastyle its using - with the exact same scalastyle config sbt passes but pants fails, i think there is an option we’re using that’s in latest version of scalastyle but not in the version pants is using

it looks like it depends on whether you're using 2.10 or 2.11

I believe you can override which version is used just by creating the appropriate target in BUILD.tools

though that reminds me im not actually sure where to set the scala version?

is there some clause like jvm-platform i should be using?

version: 2.10```

Now, I believe you can override the version of scala style used by creating `BUILD.tools` in the repo root and defining a `jar_library()` named `scalastyle_2_10`

And have it define the `jar(...)` that you want to use

are there plans to move the intellij plugin to the official channels?

naive q - how do I actually install it - the readme says to do search but its not in any of the repos right <@U0AALHEDR>?
