    i am doing that Fun Thing where i am migrating someone else’s hadoop code. afaik hadoop jars are <scope>provided</scop> in maven… am i even supposed to try to do that with pant

    pretty consistently hitting the 60s timeout on tests/python/pants_test/backend/jvm/tasks/jvm_compile/zinc:zinc on my laptop
